Short Bio

Prof. Robert Trypuz graduated from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2007 he obtained the PhD in Informatics and Telecommunication from the University of Trento (Italy).

Currently he is an assistant professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He cooperates with MakoLab‘s Research and Development Group.

Robert Trypuz is active in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Web technologies for automotive and financial industries. He was involved in creation of the automotive and financial extensions for Schema.org. He was also responsible for creation of the intelligent search engine Search Insights taking advantage of the most advanced NLP and semantic technologies. Recently he has also been involved in the development of the Blockchain technology on the fundamental architectural level and its applications for the digital identification purposes.
