Short Bio

Prof. Robert Trypuz graduated from the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. In 2007 he obtained the PhD in Informatics and Telecommunication from the University of Trento (Italy).

Currently, he is the FIBO Project Manager at Enterprise Data Management Council (EDM Council), a member of MakoLab‘s Research and Development Group, and an associate professor at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin.

Robert Trypuz is active in the area of Artificial Intelligence and Semantic Web technologies for the automotive and financial industries. He was involved in the creation of the automotive and financial extensions for Schema.org. He was also responsible for the creation of the intelligent search engine Search Insights taking advantage of the most advanced NLP and semantic technologies. Recently he has also been involved in the development of the Blockchain technology on the fundamental architectural level and its applications for digital identification purposes. He is an enthusiast of Machine Learning.
